Arifa Khan, Founder of Genius Incubator Limited, has five years investment banking experience in London specializing in Private Equity sponsored Leveraged Buyout deals, and has worked for two Swiss banks Credit Suisse and UBS. She was most recently Vice President, Leveraged Finance and High Yield, Europe. Prior to her investment banking stint, Arifa worked in Mumbai in the financial services sector. She is excited about sectors such as luxury goods, fashion, media and entertainment, healthcare, and education, and is passionate about initiatives to encourage and unleash entrepreneurial ambitions in the young. She is also an amateur fashion designer, painter and writer.  

Arifa has an MBA from Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania with a Finance major, a B.Tech from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras in Chemical Engineering, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from XLRI in Marketing and Finance.

Arnab was previously an investment professional in the Private Equity Buyout team of Lehman Brothers in London, analyzing, evaluating and executing cross-border investment opportunities across industrials, technology and infrastructure sectors. Prior to that, Arnab was a Senior Officer at the Singapore Economic Development Board for three years, responsible for analysis and deal execution of foreign direct investments into Singapore in technology and manufacturing industries. Arnab started his career in the technology/consulting field. He was a Project Leader with Arthur Andersen in Singapore and an Associate with Scient, an eBusiness System Innovator, in Singapore. Arnab has an MBA from the Harvard Business School and an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from the Nanyang Technological University in Singapore . Arnab is a CFA charterholder.

Manish has over five years of consulting experience in the healthcare sector covering pharmaceutical mergers, new drug launches, product pricing, sales force sizing & effectiveness and market research. As an Associate Consultant with ZS Associates, Newyork, he has worked with clients in US, Europe and Asia, and more than half of the top 10 pharmaceutical companies in the world. He is a specialist in sales force sizing and restructuring. Prior to his Newyork stint, Manish was an Assistant Manager for SunFeast Brand at ITC Ltd., one of the largest FMCG companies in India.

Manish has a B. Tech & M.Tech dual degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. He graduated summa cum laude and holds three research publications in leading international journals.

Dr. D.V. Reddy is a Professor of Civil Engineering, and Director of the Center for Marine Structures and Geotechnique at Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton, Florida, USA. He has had extensive research experience in Structural, Materials, Geotechnical, and Environmental Engineering with a proven track record of funding from National and International Agencies. His research comprises 360 publications and 5 books and he has been recognized for many professional achievements and research awards. He is the President of Reddy Engineering Inc, and an active consultant to many other engineering companies, with particular expertise in Offshore Pipelines and Shoreline Stabilization.

Abhijoy Gandhi has over twelve years of management and problem-solving experience in issues pertaining to Strategy, Sales & Marketing, Organizational transformations and Operations, within the Packaged Good, Financial Services and Basic Materials industries. He was most recently Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of Vitruvia & Company. Prior to that he was Vice President, Strategy and Global Head of the Analytic Suite at Lehman Bros New York, and a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he led teams of consultants on business issues that featured prominently on Fortune 100 CEO agendas. He started his career in Sales and Marketing and worked with Procter & Gamble and The Coca-Cola Company in Brand Management across South & South East Asia. 

Abhijoy holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Joseph Wharton Scholar, and Honors in Economics from the University of Delhi.
